Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase but we also understand that sometimes an item needs to be returned. Our goal is to resolve any problems that arise for our customers in a quick and easy manner. We stand behind our products and services and will always do our very best to take care of you.
- We will accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase
- Buyers must pay their return shipping charges
- Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to appear on your statement
- All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment
- 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returns for a refund
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable
- Gift cards cannot be returned
*Note: For all monolights/ strobes and LED products, we offer a One (1) year warranty
**Light bulbs and flash tubes are not covered by warranty. If you receive a bulb that is broken or defective, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt, and a replacement will be sent to you. We will not replace any broken or defective bulbs after 7 days.
If you would like to exchange your item(s) due to a defect, for immediate service please call us at 1 (855) 557-7505 or email us at email@example.com and we will respond to your request within 24 hours. Buyer must return the defective item back to the seller before a replacement item can be shipped out.
Please note: Any replacement items will be shipped out using a standard shipping speed, delivery within 5-7 business days.
