Free Shipping Offer

Fovitec offers free ground shipping on most items, every day, with the exception of select items chosen at Fovitec's discretion. Free shipping is limited to the 48 contiguous US states. Not valid for shipments to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico.

  • Ground - Delivery in 5-7 business days
  • 2nd Day – Delivery in 2 business days
  • Next Day Air – Delivery the following business day

Orders placed for in-stock items, before 3:00pm PST, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will ship the same business day.

Note: We do not ship or deliver on weekends

Shipping Address Corrections

We will charge a $10 Address Correction fee to any order with an incorrect, mistyped, or incomplete address (i.e. shipping to an apartment/suite and not providing an apartment/suite number). This fee will be charged to the payment source of the order.

International Orders

We do not ship internationally.

Alternate Shipping Address Policy

You may ship to an address other than your billing address, only if you have the shipping address listed as a "verified" alternate shipping address with your credit card company. You may experience delays otherwise. On orders over $1,000 we ship only to the billing address of the credit card on file.

Receiving Your Order

When you receive your order, please follow these guidelines:

Upon receipt of your new merchandise, please inspect it carefully for complete contents and good condition. All claims for damaged or missing items MUST be reported to Fovitec within two (2) business days of receipt of merchandise. In the event your package arrives damaged, it is the responsibility of the customer to contact the carrier to inspect the package to assure full refund/replacement. All packaging MUST be retained until the issue has been resolved.

Carefully unpack and inspect all merchandise. Do not throw away any of the packaging materials such as boxes, instructions, inserts, bags, etc. until you are completely sure you want to keep the equipment.

Retain your order invoice with your important records.

Order Status

Fovitec will do everything possible to keep you informed of your order via email. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once the item is shipped. You may also check your online status page for any updates.

Order Cancellations

You may request a cancellation of your order, provided your order has not already been processed and/or shipped. Please call during our business hours to cancel your order. If your account has already been charged, you will receive a credit back to your account.
